Our Instructors

Karina
Karina has been devoted to the spiritual bhakti yoga for more than ten years. Since then, she has studied a variety of styles of yoga, especially structural yoga therapy and Ashtanga mysore style. In her classes the emphasis is on alignment and form, covering in detail the core asanas as well as yogic breath. She uses hatha yoga flow and Ashtanga to develop greater flexibility and body awareness. She believes that Yoga is an opportunity to use our bodies and minds to achieve spiritual enlightenment.
