Katie Louderback began practicing yoga five
years ago. As soon as she took her first class,
she fell in love with the practice and began
incorporating yoga into her daily life. Yoga
is a practice that Katie does on and off the
mat and she feels that anyone that can breath
can do yoga. She has studied many styles of
yoga and believes that yoga is amazingly powerful.
It is a way to learn to be kind to ourselves,
to listen to ourselves, to love ourselves and
to love others. While Katie does teach the Full
Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga, she also teaches
Vinyasa Flow classes that are challenging, but
comfortable to students that are new to yoga.
She was certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at
Its Yoga in San Francisco and completed a training
at the Seattle Holistic Center to teach pre
and post natal yoga.
